This fascinating natural raw aquamarine crystal from Brazil's Amazon region is a wonderful example of the remarkable journey a crystal can take during its formation. Measuring approximately 1¼ x 1¼ x 1 inch, this one-of-a-kind specimen invites closer examination, revealing new details each time you look at it.

Although softly colored in a delicate icy blue, the crystal more than makes up for it with its extraordinary natural features. A deep internal rainbow flashes within the crystal when the light catches it just right, while one side displays extensive self-healed growth, evidence that the crystal continued growing after an ancient fracture deep within the Earth.

Scattered throughout the self-healed area are several small natural keyholes where tiny crystals once grew before separating during the specimen's geological history.
