Shipping:

We offer Domestic and International Shipping through the U.S.P.S. Rates are generally set thought the Post Office and change accordingly.

Returns:

Return Policy: If you are not delighted with your goodies, we will do a store credit, exchange of merchandise for merchandise or a refund for the items within 30 days of purchase with the exception of Closeout items, Last Chance items and cut to order chains, cords, or ribbons, minus the cost of shipping.  If you received "FREE SHIPPING", or any other special discount that required a minimum order, and your return causes the value of your order to drop below that said minimum, we will adjust those discounted amounts from your credit.  A 10% restocking may be charged in some cases but not always. If items you are returning are no longer on the site and we have to re-list them, we may apply a restocking fee.  If you decide to make an exchange of merchandise for merchandise, we will do our very best to accommodate your exchange so that you would be able to enjoy any discounts your original order was qualified for.  Our friendly staff will do their very best to get you what you want and need. 

Return Instructions - Simply return any unopened, unused items you do not wish to keep with a copy of the invoice. Please include a note as to why you are returning the item and what you would like in exchange of the returned merchandise. Exchanges do not qualify for free shipping. Returns can be shipped to:
