These are fabulous quality natural Chrysoprase beads, beautifully polished to perfection and full of the organic character that makes this material so special. Each strand is composed of thin, freeform, tear-shaped gemstone pieces that have the wonderful look of tiny polished slabs.

The beads range in size from approximately 10mm to 35mm, with each piece varying naturally in shape and size. Their translucent green coloring ranges from soft celadon and minty green to richer green tones, with natural variations, inclusions, and subtle patterns throughout. The highly polished surfaces give these pieces a beautiful glow and allow the natural color and character of the Chrysoprase to shine.

What makes these particularly appealing is their very thin profile of approximately 2.5mm. They have a surprisingly substantial visual presence while remaining wonderfully lightweight. They don't create the heaviness of traditional large gemstone beads, making them especially comfortable for necklaces and statement jewelry. I also love the cool, smooth feeling of these polished stones against the skin.

The freeform shapes give the strand a beautiful organic, artistic quality. Think of them as little gemstone slabs transformed into polished teardrops, each one slightly different from the next. They can be used individually as focal drops, incorporated into a statement necklace, or combined with other gemstones for an earthy, sophisticated design.
