This one-of-a-kind Golden Healer Quartz cabochon from Brazil is such a fun and unusual little treasure. At approximately 28 × 39 mm, with a 7 mm thickness, this cabochon features beautifully clear quartz surrounding a spectacular natural formation of golden, orange, and reddish iron inclusions.

The inclusion immediately caught my eye because it looks remarkably like a koi fish swimming through the quartz. The golden-orange body, deeper reddish areas, and delicate surrounding iron staining create an almost illustrated scene suspended inside the stone. Every time you look at it, you notice another little detail.

What makes this cabochon particularly appealing is the clarity surrounding the inclusion. The outer portion of the quartz is beautifully transparent, allowing the iron-rich formation to stand out against the clean, pale background. It has that wonderful combination of clarity + natural inclusion + imagination that makes one-of-a-kind cabochons so much fun to collect.

Golden Healer Quartz is a trade name commonly used for quartz containing natural golden to yellow coloration, often associated with iron oxides and hydroxides. The coloration and patterns can vary dramatically from stone to stone—which is exactly what makes pieces like this so individual.

This is one of those affordable collector pieces that you don't need to overthink. If you see the koi fish, you will probably fall in love with it.
