The bail and open back setting are sterling silver with a touch of rhodium which helps prevent tarnish. The name Tourmaline comes from the Singhalese expression "tura mali" meaning stone of mixed colors. Tourmaline can be found in a wide variety of colors including green, pink, red, blue, yellow, brown, and black.
