A Little Helpful Information about Bugle Beads

Bugle bead production dates back to the 1860s, when the beads were used in the fashion industry for embellishing fancy dresses, purses and other accessories. They were seen on the most regal flapper dresses during the roaring 20's. We just love a good Bugle Bead and it can be confusing as to the size of the beads. Each company seemed to have very different sizes, so we have provided a size chart that will explain the difference from the major manufacturers in Czechoslovakia and Japan.
