1. Take the flat headpin and thread your 2mm swarovski crystal and the 4.5-5mm ivory pearl, 2mm swarovski crystal, 3mm ivory pearl, and 2mm swarovski crystal.
2. Bend your headpin to a 90 degree angle.
3. Take your round nose pliers and bend the wire around.
4. Connect the headpin to your mother of pearl carving.
5. Wrap the excess wire around the exposed headpin.
6. Cut off the excess wire.
7. Repeat steps 1-6 two more times.
8. Take 2 inches of wire and make a loop.
9. Connect the mother of pearl carving to the loop.
10. Wrap your wire around two times.
11. Cut off the excess wire.
12. Thread a 2 mm swaroski crystal.
13. Make another loop with the wire.
14. Wrap the excess wire.
15. Cut off the remaining wire.
16. Attach the piece to the earring wire and enjoy!
